Refund & Return Policy

We do have a refund policy as stated below.

Once the product has been delivered and it needs to be returned, then it can be done through – My Account > Orders.

Once the refund is requested, we would be arranging for a pickup of the product to be returned.

Refund will be processed in the same mode in which the payment had been made.

If the refund is sought against a returned product, then the product will need to be in the same condition (including the tags intact) in which it was while it was delivered, else the refund will not be processed.

Once you return the product and the product is found to be in the same condition in which it was shipped, we will refund your purchase amount after deducting a return delivery charge of Rs 50. This process usually takes 5-7 working days after the returned product has been received by us.

The refund is not applicable for the guest user hence it’s advisable to create an account and then purchase the product.
